Help us help the dogs that help others!

Supplies are rolling in for the Dog Days of Summer! This fundraiser is actually a supply drive. We’re collecting items for Paws With A Cause (PAWS), our neighbor and a very worthy non-profit organization that provides service dogs for people with disabilities. We are proud to be able to help curtail the cost of training by providing the supplies from the PAWS Wish List.

Reminder, Dog Days of Summer is also a raffle. For each item you bring in, you get entered into the raffle. Bring in one item, get one entry. Bring in five items, get five entries. 

Prizes include:

  • $100 Gas Card
  • Smaller gas cards
  • Gift Basket from Maestro Dog Haus in Ferndale
  • Gift Certificates for Merle Norman products
  • Redken products
  • Pizza from Tania’s 

The Dog Days of Summer fundraiser will run through the end of August. Drawings will be the first week in September. 

A look inside PAWS
This amazing organization does extensive training to teach dogs how to assist people with disabilities. They have a training apartment where the dogs learn how to help clients in a home setting. Click here for a peek at how that works. It costs about $35,000 to train a PAWS dog and they do no charge for the dogs.
