Ashley discovered her passion of hair and make up through her experience in community theatres. Ashley immerses herself in education and she is a Certified Redken Specialist. Ashley is in the process of seeking her certification as a Redken Designer. Ashley’s love is in finish styling and brings amazing artistry to her finish styles. Her favorite client is that client who wants change and the latest in cut, style and color. Ashley’s talent does not stop with her talent for hair as she has an equal passion and talent for make up artistry. As a client of Ashley you are guaranteed a full experience of creating a new, amazing and beautiful you! .

Caitlin brings an artistic background to Changez. She is a graduate of Wayne State University with a BFA in Fine Arts of Education. This former art teacher attended David Pressley School of Cosmetology, and combined with her art background, she brings a unique knowledge of color theory to her work. Caitlin also specializes in Braiding, hair extensions, and formal styles. She is a Redken Certified Specialist and exceptional in all cuts, colors, styles, and makeup applications. This new mom is excited to make you feel welcome, comfortable and beautiful!

Christina is the manager of Changez. She is the glue that binds the salon together. Christina is a former Children’s Fitness and Dance studio owner and is experienced with all aspects of managing. She also takes care of our Merle Norman Cosmetic line and stays current with new products. Christina enjoys her interaction with clients and greets them all with a friendly smile.

Roz is an excellent stylist with years of experience in all aspects of cosmetology. She is a former salon owner and brings creativity, passion and love to her work. Roz’s greatest satisfaction comes from knowing her clients are leaving the salon happy with their hair and feeling beautiful!

Jason is a graduate of the David Pressley School of Cosmetology. Jason began his career as a stylist in 1998 at Changez Salon and Merle Norman Cosmetics. He became co-owner of Changez Salon in 2007. Jason has advanced training at Redken 5th Avenue in NYC and is a Certified Redken Master Stylist and is continually attending professional courses across the US to further his craft.

Stephen has a graduate degree in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology and BA in Fine Art. He studied dance and movement for more than two decades. As a co-owner of Changez Salon, Stephen utilizes this venue to support a plethora of charities and the arts. Stephen’s passion is helping individuals, couples and groups heal and find the best within themselves. Also an adjunct professor at Oakland Community College, teaching courses in psychology.
