We are collecting supplies for the Hazel Park Animal Control Shelter now through the end of August for Dog Days of Summer … and Cats, too! This is the third year that our Hair that Cares drive is doing this because we love animals and because our stylist, Caitlin is a volunteer for this shelter.

The Hair That Cares Food Drive is going strong. Bring in your non-perishable food items to 3210 Crooks just South of 13 Mile Road in Royal Oak through December 31. Get $2 OFF for each item you bring in, up to $10 that you can use for services in 2024.

We picked this organization because we love animals and because our stylilst, Caitlin, is a volunteer for this shelter. It’s really simple. Just drop off items from the shelter’s Wish List to Changez Salon at 3210 Crooks just South of 13 Mile in Royal Oak.

HAIR THAT CARES! Did you know that we are also a wig bank? We happily accept wig donations and then pass them on to women going through treatment who need a wig, FREE OF CHARGE! The wigs that Caitlin (left) and Ashley (right) are going through are all from one massive donation we received in August, and we are so thankful! We are proud to have been able to help curtail the cost of training the service dogs by providing the supplies from the PAWS Wish List.
